Oriva Health, Inc. ("Oriva," "we," "us") operates oriva.health and provides a Diagnostic Navigation Agent for dental practices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit our site or join our waitlist.

Your phone number (optional)
Your interest type (inquiry or onboarding)

We do not collect or process Protected Health Information (PHI) on this marketing site.

4. How We Store It

Waitlist data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized Oriva personnel.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Email hello@oriva.health and we'll process your request within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR. If you are in California, you have rights under CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we have and to request its deletion.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This site uses minimal essential cookies for functionality. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

We share data with infrastructure providers required to operate the site:
