Find out what your schedule isn't telling you
For two weeks, Oriva calls your patients before they come in and asks what a dentist would ask. You get a brief before each one sits down, and a report at the end on what the booking reason left out.
What you get back
Four things, all built from your own patients rather than an industry average.
A brief before each visit
What hurts, since when, what makes it worse, what they have already tried. In your inbox before the patient arrives, not after.
The urgency you couldn't see
How many patients turned out to have something more urgent than the reason they gave when they booked, and how long each of them was scheduled to wait.
Appointments in the wrong slot
The ones booked as a check-up that were never going to be a check-up, and the ones given an hour that needed twenty minutes.
What it cost in chair time
The same arithmetic as our chair-time calculator, run on your two weeks instead of on estimates.
What it takes from you
One call at the start. After that the work is ours.
1 · Twenty minutes
We agree which appointments to cover, usually new patients and anyone booked for pain, then sign the business associate agreement.
2 · We call your patients
Oriva calls each one ahead of their visit, in English or Spanish, and has the conversation. You keep booking exactly the way you book now.
3 · Day fourteen
We walk you through the report together. If it says nothing useful about your practice, we will tell you that.
What we are not asking for
No change to your phone system
Oriva calls out to your patients. Your incoming line, your voicemail and your front desk stay exactly as they are.
Nothing installed on your server
No software goes into your practice management system. The briefs arrive by email.
No card and no contract
The audit is free. Say stop on day three and we stop on day three, and you keep what we produced up to then.
What this is not
We would rather you find this out here than on day nine.
It is not a diagnosis
Oriva triages: it tells you how urgent something looks and what the patient described. The clinical decision stays yours, on every single patient.
It does not write into your PMS
Our Open Dental integration is still in development, so during the audit nothing is written back to a patient record. Where that stands.
It does not replace your front desk
Nobody is taken off the phones. The audit adds a conversation that was not happening before, and your team decides what to do with it.
We run these with a few practices at a time
Each one takes real setup on our side, so we keep the number small and work through requests in order. Tell us where to reach you and we will come back within one business day.
